Two questions in particular will be addressed. First of all, how can the presence of Christ on that central cross be accounted for? Secondly, what is the abiding spiritual significance of Christ’s death for mankind, even to the present day? These questions will be answered as the events of the day unfold, and through the interaction of Christ with various individuals and groups, in a period of not more than fifteen hours, possibly somewhat less.

His research speciality was originally in 16th/17th century Scottish Church History, moving later also into the 19th century.
