The active ingredient, Lidocaine Hydrochloride, works with epinephrine to constrict the blood vessels to reduce swelling and bleeding. Safe for use during procedures on open or broken skin, except for eyeliner.

A sensitivity test is advised prior to use. Apply sparingly to affected area. Wait until anesthetic effect occurs (90 seconds). Not recommended for eyeliner procedures. You may reapply sparingly as necessary to continue anesthetic effect. Discontinue use if sensitivity occurs.
