48 Monate auf der Hefe, Spontanvergärung, Schieferböden – das hört man. Wilde Beeren, frisches Hefegebäck, ein Hauch Zedernholz; die Säure belebend und leicht, die Perlage ausdauernd fein. Großer Rosé-Sekt.

Weingut St. Antony „Wunderschön anders“ Rosé 2024:
100 % Blaufänkisch, biodynamisch, spontan im Stückfass vergoren und einen ganzen Sommer auf der Hefe. Kräftige Frucht, feine Holzstruktur, echte Ernsthaftigkeit; wer ihn blind trinkt, denkt vielleicht sogar an Chardonnay. Ein Rosé, der seinen Namen verdient.

Weingut Knipser Rosé Fumé trocken 2022:
Saftabzug der Cuvée X – Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon, Merlot – neun Monate Holz. Pfirsich, Bergamotte, Pflaumengelee; kraftvoll und mundfüllend, mit einer Würze, die erst im langen Abgang voll aufgeht. Kein klassischer Sommerrosé.

Weingut Aldinger Spätburgunder Rosé Reserve trocken 2023:
Freier Ablauf aus Gips und Lämmler, im Barrique vergoren, 14 Monate Ausbau – Württemberg auf Top-Niveau. Reife Erdbeere und Himbeere in der Nase, Wassermelone und edle Holzreduktion am Gaumen; dichte, softe Textur, viel Länge… bis zu 12 Jahre Potenzial.

These are the same design. the stitching is close, the pattern in the leather is the same. But they are so much cheaper. There is no real leather. It's all synthetic. The sole is not the same quality of rubber. The stitching is not as good. They look fine, brand new, yet I am sure they will not last. these are cheap.
